The front has a layer of coating that provides extra shine and protection. This also provides (limited) protection against water (for example, spilling a cup of coffee).

The back has a paper-like texture that makes writing easy and does not smear.

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

No damage to the prints and with everything that came in your package.

You’ll also need the confirmation of purchase email, which you can find in your inbox upon purchase.

To process a return, email hello@lovekaur.com with the reason of return with any supporting images, if necessary. We will respond to you with a return address.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
