We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
No damage to the prints and with everything that came in your package.
You’ll also need the confirmation of purchase email, which you can find in your inbox upon purchase.
To process a return, email hello@lovekaur.com with the reason of return with any supporting images, if necessary. We will respond to you with a return address.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Love the cardbox!! Love the cards and the messages, the paper used and the soft feeling of the box. But also missing two cards I bought as postcards. The one saying: I am groing and transforming into the best version of myself. And the one saying: I am enough. I always have and always will be. But since there is no booklet with it,there's always the possibility to add more cards to the deck. I would defenitly buy these.I'm confident that they'll fit in the box.

This current deck does not include any of my affirmation series, but more of the positive quotes that acts as a message when you need it. The affirmation series is the next card deck in the making =) Probably would be launched sometime in 2026.
This deck is so aligned with where I am at in my life right now. Love the synchronicity. The illustrations are so beautiful and the words so inspiring.
